Beijing Aoyu Formwork Co. Ltd was founded in 1992 as a high-tech enterprise in municipal level. It specializes in the design, research and development, production, sales and lease of two staple lines of product including integrated steel formwork and steel-frame timber formwork. It is headquartered in Industrial Development Zone in Daxing, Beijing with three manufacturing factories as affiliates. It also made investment in projects such as Aoyu Incubator for Technical Enterprise, Aoyu Grand Hotel and Xi’an Aoyu Formwork Company. The company has total assets of 260 million Yuan; net assets of 180 million Yuan included, floor area of offices and workshops of 45,600 m2, and annul formwork output of 1. 6 million m2. Products from the company have enjoyed a sound performance in sales all through the country and part of them set foot on the European and Asian states, yielding a favorable cooperative relation with over 500 building enterprises at home and abroad.
